How can i change defect mail format

Hi Every one,

In my company i am the administrator, i want to change defect mail format when defect status is changed to "New" it will send mail to developer as well as "Tester" who will log the defect..Please i want to change it to another format ,Please help me to change

After bug is fixed or closed then tester and developer will get Email notification.

What do you mean with "format"?
Format is something like ASCII, HTML, ....
Do you mean different content?
If so, you should provide an example of want you want to get. Your screenshots just shows what you do not want to get.

User point of view this is looking good and understandable.
EACH AND EVERY STEP DISPLAYING INDIVIDUALLY.

Still not exactly knowing what you mean, but I am sure that there is no customization option for it.
You would have to change the source code of MantisBT.
Maybe you want to have a look at the plugin I mentioned. It could serve as a good starting point for development.
