Remove Clone & Re-Open Option to Developers

Hi guys,

How could i remove clone & re-open option to developers. Re-Open should be done by reporters only. So i would like to disable those features for developers. Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance

The possibility to clone is granted to all users who have the right to update issues. There is no seperate option for it.
For re-open option use page "Manage" > "Manage Configuration" > "Workflow Thresholds" row "Reopen an issue"
