Help - unkown administrator password! (Mantis19)

I have a laptop that had Mantis installed about 2.5 years ago and am trying to re-access it, but I do not have the administration users' passwords (or any passwords)

I have full administrator rights on the laptop. Are there any backdoor ways of re-setting users passwords?

Windows 2000, MySQL 4.0.20, phpMyAdmin 2.5.7 - pl1
