Blocking CLOSED cases to be Reopened

Hi!

The company that I work for is using Mantis 1.2.11.

We decided that we won't permit that closed cases be reopened.

Well, no matter what I do, I can't block the button "Reopen" to appear. I tried to configure the workflow through the web interface and through config_inc.php (g_status_enum_workflow array), but nothing seems to have any effect on Mantis.

Can you help me, please?

I guess that a better title for this thread would be "Preventing CLOSED cases to be reopened"...

It seems that Mantis ignores the workflow and considers only the user's permission to reopen cases. Isn't that wrong? Or limited?
