HELP! I want to upgrade our mantis from 1.1.1 to 1.2.x

Hi Guys,

Any help would be much apprciated. I want to upgrade our existing mantis setup. We are still on mantis 1.1.1 -_- and i want to upgrade to 1.2.x but everytime i try to upgrade i get an error 'Database query failed. Error received from database was #1054'

Can anyone tell me how to upgrade our database for it to work on mantis 1.2.x
