filesize function

Hello!!!

I use mantis 1.0.1 on my own computer with IIS 5.1 and PHP5.
Everything worked fine until I had this problem which made me reinstall IIS and PHP.

Now, when I am tring to attach a file I get this massege:

SYSTEM WARNING: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\php21.tmp

I don't know what is the problem...
Can someone help me with this?
