User group issue

I have added the user group plugin but i am unable to create a group. Request you to kindly help me.

Do you mean the one which is attached on related issue http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=14716 ?

I was not able to get it work.
I don't have time to have a deeper look at 3rd party plugins.
You should try to contact the author and enter an issues for it.

If you go to Admin/Manage plugins, you can click on the plugin itself which brings you into the maintenance section.
That is the place to add usergroups

I have installed the Plugin as you mentioned, but i am not getting the option to add the group. Please find attached the screen shot above.

Step 1, click on manage
