Workflow customise

Hi All,

I have created an workflow in mantis however i couldn't edit according to the project. I need to change the workflow as mentioned below.

- I have 10 status in the workflow at the 5 stage of the workflow the issue should be open and edit by multiple users and at the 8th stage it should be open and edit by one user.

Could you please help me on this, as i am finding difficulties to design this.

I am using
APACHE version 2.4.2;
PHP version 5.4.3;
MYSQL 5.5.24
mantisbt-1.2.15

The way you describe your issue is hard to understand. At least I am not able to understand what you want.

Thanks for your support.

Just one question, if a issue is opened by a user who has developer rights and he moved the issue to next status, however he get the same issue in his my view page. I want to know can this be avoided. The issue ideally has to go to updater.

I have set user access as updater & developer.

could u help me.

Again, hardly any idea what you want.

If any user (reporter, updater, developer, ....) reports an issue he will be the reporter of the issue.
You can change the status of an issue to whatever what you want, this user will still be the reporter of the issue.

If you are a reporter of an issues you will see the issue in box "Reported by Me" on page "My View".
I have no idea why you want to avoid this behavior.
