Setting up Mantis for Clients

I am new to Mantis but already love the platform. Had a few kinks in setting it up but I a got everything running smooth. What is the best way to setup clients so that they can submit issues. Obviously I want their access limited but not sure if there is a special plugin or of the user group is already built into the core framework.

There is no group management in MantisBT.
There are access levels (e.g. reporter, developer, manager) and there are public (each user has access) and private (only assigned users have access) projects.
Furthermore you can restrict users to view only their own issues.

Maybe setting up one private project per client is what you need.
