Date format fields export

Hello,
I add date format custom_fields.

- I want to see it in CSV report and not in all bugs view
--> How could I do it ? ( using COLUMNS_TARGET_VIEW_PAGE constant ? )

- I want to export it in Excel but there is a problem with dates. If i get 12-30-05 Excel knows that 31 is the day and 12 the month. But if I get 02-02-05 Excel is lost !!!...
--> How to change date format in export process ? For instance dd/mm/yyyy ?
