Hiding 'Resolution' and 'Duplicate ID' when resolving

I know this may seem strange, but, in my use of Mantis for managing business issues, things are a bit different. Business clients generally put little importance on the Resolution Type. I configure it for them in a way that is sensible for business issues, but, really, they don't have time to pay attention to it. Now one of my clients has asked me to hide it from the Resolve Issue and Close Issue forms. How can I do that?

There is no configuration option for it.
You have to change source bug_change_status_page.php if you need it.
