How to edit config_inc.php ?

Hello guys,

I've been using Mantis for some months, with version 1.2.17.

Now, in order to fix a issues like this: https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=12689 I need to add line to config_inc.php. Is that possible to do using the Manage_Configuration\Configuration_Report? DO I need to access locally to server files?

Yes if you want to modify the config_inc.php, you need access to the server
