The notice is not on the bugtracker site.

There was a user spamming our issue tracker by adding this note to about one thousand issues.
You don't see any longer the note as we cleaned up the tracker.

Furthermore we implemented a new antispam functionality in version 1.3 to prevent such kind of spam in future.
