Anonymous reports and captcha

I see it is probably possible to allow anonymous posters by setting permissions for the anonymous account. But is it possible to force captcha on such posts?

The same goes for comments - is it possible to allow anonymous comments with captcha verification?

No idea, which one you tried.
I am quite sure that the changes work just for some old Mantis versions between 2007 and 2010 but not for your version (assuming it's a newer one).
