First login

Hi all
I have installed Mantis as described in "Mantis Bug Tracker Administration Guide". But I cant login after installation. I have tried with users Administrator, administrator and with blank password, but I receive "Your account may be disabled or blocked or the username/password you entered is incorrect." message.
