NI Number Scanning

Hi All

As part of the current process within my Organisation, it was decided not to upload any attachments (text, html, jpg, etc.) that contain 'NI Number' (real or anonymized) on to Mantis, but I notice a lot of users raise defects with attachments that contain NINO.

On a regular basis, I end up spending loads of time in verifying the above on the defects across various streams, projects and assign them back to user for removal of NINO.

Is there anyway we can stop an attachment being added/accepted by mantis where a NINO is available?
