Delete category but all data is gone

Today my staff delete category in Mantis but the thing that weird is all data are gone. Do Mantis having any recovery feature or tool?
Any support from Mantis?

Hard to believe. There is no code in Mantis that would do this.
Maybe you changed code and/or installed a plugin.

There is none.
I hope you have some kind of daily backup to recover the data.
