Old Version issues: 0.19.0

Hi All

I've inhereted a Mantis v0.19.0 installation which I must maintain for a little while because of some specific interfaces that have been written to connect to that version.

My main question is to ask if there is anything like a roadmap of the differences and an upgrade process from that far back to the current Mantis ?
