PHP SOAP extension is not enabled

I am new to Mantis, i have configured Mantis and tried to access the SOAP services. I am getting "PHP SOAP extension is not enabled" meesage. Document says that by default soap services will be enabled like that (refer: https://www.mantisbt.org/manual/admin.config.soap.html ). Please help me on how to enable soap services. thank you.

You have to install/enable the PHP SOAP extension
