missing due_date

hi,
where can i activate or set the field "due_date" in new issue reports and filters.
in the view issue page i it with the global columns.
i can't find further instructions in the admin-guide.

i have forgotten to tell that i use verison mantis 2.0.0 and in the admin-userguide there is not such a string.
