i want to use Mantis as a self hosted bug and issue tracking System. But in my opinion the look and feel could be more fancy

Is there any paid or free theme for Mantis available?

I am not aware that there is any paid or free theme for MantisBT versions >= 2.0.0.
There are some design tweaks and plugins for older versions.
