Upgrading from very old version

Hello,
i'm new on the forum but i'm using (currently) mantis since 10 years or more.
Now, i run a very old version of the tracker (1.1. and i would like to know if... well.. there is a way to update to a newer version without reinstalling everything.

Upgrade mainly depends on which Apache, PHP and MySQL versions you are running.
If you don't want to update your operating environment you might not be able to update or just be able to update to 1.2.x or 1.3.x.

This is what you need if you want to upgrade to latest version 2.x
