trouble in 'import issues'

when administrator try to use "Manage"-"Import issues",and select a excel file,click the button'Upload File'，it display the below without errors.
but the issues in uploading file hasn't import the selected project.what wrong with it?

I assume you are using Import/Export functionality of the "Import/Export issues" plugin which is part of the Mantis standard delivery.
This plugin exports and imports issues in it's own XML format, but is not able to import Excel files.

hi,atrol,I've installed Csv_import into my /var/www/html/mantis/plugins,then I can see the interface below,but it doesn't disappear any actions button such as 'install' or'uninstall',and I can't import issues still.

As for handling unique identifications which aren't numbered by system when initial CSV file import, is there something method to number the
intensification automatically.

@Ryu, Please start a new thread on this topic...
In your new thread, please tell us: Do you mean you Do want to use IDs in the CSV, or that you do Not want IDs from the CSV.
See this other thread about numbering. You might need to use a similar solution.
