Back Button Clears Form

I'm just getting started with Mantis but I've sort of hit a bit of a show stopper. When creating a new report, if a required field is missing, Mantis reports the issue and suggests to hit the back button. When I do this, all previously entered information is lost. I'm using Mantis 1.1.2 and Firefox 3 on Windows. Is there a way to change this behavior? Sorry if this is a FAQ... -- Bud

I believe this is a known issue in 1.1.2. Search the bugs to see if there is a work-around.

I have found that it is a known issue and the work around is to use the 1.1.0 branch. Thanks. -- Bud

This is not an old problem, still happening in a fresh install of 2.25.7. Anyone know how to fix this? The bug report on their own BT site shows its resolved. This is very frustrating.

The issue is resolved in non-released version 2.26.0 https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=28618
As you can see, we are discussing, if we backport to the 2.25 branch, which means it will also be fixed in 2.25.8.
