Customizing simple report page

Hello everybody!

I´d like to change some attributes of the simple report page. I want to, for example, put the "assign to" box on both pages (advanced and simple report).

Advanced report page already comes with this by default, but how can i make the simple report page to have it too? And what if I want to do this same kind of change with other attributes? Will it be done the same way?
