Mantis manual available for download somewhere?

I get this when trying to download the mantis manual.

Not Found
The requested URL /mantis.manual.zip was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Does it live any place else that I can download it from? Call me old-fashioned, but sometimes I like killing trees and having a hard copy.
