APPLICATION ERROR #200 When Configuring Workflow Settings

Good day,

We recently Upgraded to 2.26.2.

We are experiencing an "APPLICATION ERROR #200" when attempting to change the update configuration settings in "Configuration" --> "Workflow Thresholds" and "Workflow Transitions".

The "Workflow Thresholds" error is: "APPLICATION ERROR #200: A required parameter to this page (access_monitor_delete_others_bug_threshold) was not found."

The "Workflow Transitions" error is: "APPLICATION ERROR #200: A required parameter to this page (workflow_access) was not found."

May you please advise on how to resolve this issue so that we may change the workflow configuration settings. I have run the "/admin/check/index.php" diagnostics and no critical failures were found. I have also tried removing all of the plugins, which had no affect on the error.

edit: I have also noticed that our PHP Version has updated from 7.3.33 to 8.3.8 at some point in the last month and a half.

Please note that through extensive testing, this is a similar issue to one of my other posts which discussed a limitation to our custom fields that get populated in an issue.

We have since found that even on a brand new fresh install of Mantis, the error persists.
