Problem upgrading from 0.19.2 to 1.0.0a1

I'm trying to upgrade from 0.19.2 to 1.0.0a1 and I'm having trouble with fields not being added to the database and missing tables. My first error with the upgrade was when I tried to logon--I got an error that lost_password_request_count was missing from the mantis_user_table. I added that, and now I'm getting errors because the table mantis_project_hierarchy_table doesn't exist.

Is it possible to upgrade from 0.19.2 to 1.0.0a1 yet? Or did I miss a step when upgrading?

You may have missed a step.

Did you run http://my.site.com/mantisbt/admin/upgrade.php to upgrade the database?

Yup; I just ran them again to check, and aside from 0.13.2 and 0.13.5, all of them are previously applied. (0.13.2 and 0.13.5 throw errors and were skipped.)

Any other ideas?
