For one of my French customers, I need to add new fields (date of
assignment of a request, closing date of a request, drop-down list,…)
to make apply a Service Level Agreement. Is it possible to add a
function making possible to suspend a request (past time) ?
Has someboy do this kind of modifications ? How did it take ?
