I wanted to ask if anyone has experiences on an integration between Mantis and Freshdesk or Salesforce Service Cloud?
Our developer's team works in Mantis, but our customer service is on Freshdesk. As we have a very technical product our technical support team is creating many Mantis-Tickets in parallel. We are thinking about streamlining this process and creating the bridge somehow.
