changelog and bugtracker not reachable

Are you guys informed the changelog and bugtracker are no longer reachable for anonymous users?

If I go to https://mantisbt.org/bugs/changelog_pag ... ion=2.28.0 for instance, I got a 403 error. If i go to https://mantisbt.org/bugs first, which redirect to https://mantisbt.org/bugs/login_page.php and login successful, I can access it again.

We are aware of that.
Anonymous access is (temporarily) disabled due to DDOS attacks.

That's what I suspected, I understand it. tnx for confirming.

But wouldn't it be better to redirect automatically to the login page instead showing a 403? Or is this also intended?

Not intended, but a known bug that will be fixed in 2.28.1, see https://mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=36810
