MantisBT Official Tracker not public any more?

Hi,

since a few days ago (around the 2.28.0 release) I noticed that the Official MantisBT instance (https://mantisbt.org/bugs/) is not accessible without login any more.?

I wanted to look at the 2.28 change log, but clicking the changelog link on the front page only results in an empty page with a 403 error code for me.

Is this intentional? A couple days before 2.28 released, it all still worked for me. I didn't find any mention of this change here in the forums or on the mantis blog.

Anonymous access is (temporarily) disabled due to DDOS attacks.
You have to login with your account to view issue details or the Change Log.

as stated above the change log link is not working any more and instead is leading to a login page.

How do we access current change log information? Maybe it can be posted in the forum somewhere?

@rweiss anonymous access is again (temporarily) disabled due to DDOS attacks. In addition to that, signup is temporarily disabled.
This might change in the next few days depending on the DDOS traffic we get.

I could create an account for you, so you could login to access the change log.
Let me know if should create account rweiss on the tracker.
