Issues after migration

Hi all
I have recently migrated an installation of MantisBT 2.18 running on a WIndows-server with XAMPP (Apache & MySQL) to a new server, with IIS and SQL Server 2025, and PHP 8.4.
After some testing, everything seemed OK and we performed the final migration of the database.
This morning, some users reported issues:
- when clicking on the View Issues button, some get an Internal Server Error 500 page. For other users, it works perfectly. They have tried different browsers. For myself, I cannot reproduce this issues as it works all the time for me. All of the users reporting the issue have the same rights on MantisBT.
- In some existing issues, it seems that the text from the note fields is missing. The notes are still there on the issue, but they are empty. Again, this is not the case on all issues.
Some assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Check your web server logs, there should be some more details about what's causing the 500 Internal Server Error.

Side note: Migrating from MySQL to SQL Server might not have been the best idea, as none of the current MantisBT core developers is using SQL Server, so support is limited.
