We've noticed that Mantis will crash on large filters that have more that 50 records per page and multiple filter fields. The dynamic sql becomes too complex for the system. Our database is 3.5TB and we are running 2.25.5 of Mantis with PHP 8.5.12 under IIS.
Is there any optimizations that can be done on such a large database?

2.25.5 is oudated and not officially supporting PHP 8.5.x.
I recommend to upgrade to latest available version (2.28.4 as of now), as some performance enhancements were implement, e.g.
