Mantis Integration with DotProject

My apologies for potentially going over old ground...
I'm not a developer as such (more a user who plays around following other's instructions

Can someone please give a definitive answer to 'does the 2.1.3 version of DotProject integrate with Mantis 1.2?

If so can you please point me to the best resource for getting it done.
