i'm entering a company using mantis to handle some incident tracking activity.
When an incident is getting closed, mantis sends an email to inform the person who opened the ticket that his/her ticket is now closed.
(this feature might be an internal development, i'm not sure yet)
i'd like to integrate within this email a question like
Did you find this information useful : YES / NO
where YES/NO would be html links going to surveys where other questions would be displayed. (like yes it useful ? concise, etc.)
i was thinking of using surmonkey here. it's cheap, quick & easy.
however, by using surveymonkey, i would lose some info such as ticket id, client id, etc.
so before going any further => does mantis support something like a survey plugin ? or would we have to develop it by ourselves ?
