How to give the right access to a user to change the status bug???

I want the user changes the status of a bug only to New, Closed or Feedback.
However, in the configuration page of the administrator there are no multiple choice, only the administrator or manager ect ... who can take this value (New, Closed ...).
I ask, Is there a solution to put in the code???
