Mantis 1.2.0 => changelog and roadmap improvements

Hi,

I am searching answers for this question my boss asked me: "Why upgrading Mantis ?". I ve found a lot of information. However i wanted to go further in the changelog and roadmap improvements...
Is there somebody who can tell me what are they ? (i already know about dates for release versions and permalinks for individual versions)

For me the main advantages are
a) the new link (especially good use in roadmap) to jump to the view issues page with filtering
b) the new link (especially good use in changelog) which can be sent to others to displays nothing more than the changes of one version of one project
