Problem=> impossible to close multiple faults

Hi all,

i've a little problem... the message "This issue cannot be changed to the requested status" is shown tring to close issues performinf multiple selection.
Same behaviour tring to close just one fault following same steps. Again, same behavour is the action is Assigned or other instead of Close.

Step:
1)log in
2) select view issues
3) select issue from that page
4) select close from put down menu
5) the web page bug_actiongroup_page.php?bug_arr[]=213&bug_arr[]=212&action=CLOSE is loaded
6) press the button "close issues" ==> the allert message is shown.

Could you please help me?

I am pretty sure this was working with my 1.1.6 just a few days ago.
Are all issues from one ore more than one project?
Is the project public or private?
Which role is assigned to the user globally, which role is assigned to the user to the prroject(s)?

Hi,

I solve my problem using UI Mantis:

Manage -> Manage Configuration -> WorkFlow Transition

then into section "WORKFLOW - Current Status" row "New" check "Close" status

In this way it's possible to move all the issues selected from status New to Close.
