Custom status and resolutions

Hello,

I'm examining mantis 1.0.0rc4 to see if it will meet my needs. Thus far, I'm very impressed with the tool.

I've seen comments (and code) in the forums for modifying issue status (changing the workflow). I am curious -- can this be done as a per-project basis? As an example, in hardware design, one often wants to treat bugs found in post-silicon testing different than those found in simulation. For bugs found in an actual chip, it can be helpful to add a "Root Cause" state, which is not needed for bugs found in simulation.

I am also interested in customizing issue resolutions. Can that be done per-project?
