Spaces in attachment file names

Hello,

Are spaces tolerated in attachment file names? I've been playing with 1.0.0rc4 and can successfully upload a jpg file so long as it has no
spaces in the filename.

Also, I've noticed that on Mantis' own issue tracker, which is up to 1.0.0rc5, attached images are displayed in-line when viewing an issue. Is there a setting one can change to accomplish that on 1.0.0rc4?
