Hang after form submission

Running Mantis 1.0.0rc3 with Apache.

Noticed that when submitting some forms, like account creation, that the page will just hang after clicking submit and will not redirect to a feedback page. The actual information goes through, but it never redirects.
This also happens when leaving notes, creating bugs, etc. Too random to really get an idea of why or how this is happening.

Has anyone else had this problem? I was thinking it may be just an Apache issue, but I'm also running other PHP driven apps under Apache and never noticed the same behavior
