custom field should not be shown in the bug history

hi!

my version: Mantis 1.0.0rc5

i added a custom field only with read&write-rights for manager and administrator.

if a user with report-rights want to add a bug, my custom field isn't shown for this user -> this is right!

but if a user with admin-rights changes the entry (and my custom field), the report-user can see the new value of my custom field in the bug history -> this is wrong!

have anyone an idea whats wrong? is this my misteak?

i know my english isn't very good, although i hope you understand what i mean ;)
