logout link from sub-pages

Hi

I noticed that on some screens the logout link doesn't work
(e.g. update issue).
I have to go to the main page and can use there the logout link.
Is this a bug and is this known?

mantis 1.0.0.rc5 (but I think I saw it also in rc2)
