How To Setup Roadmap Feature

Post by flintg »

I've been playing with my recently upgraded MantisBT installation, and I am having a difficult time figuring out exactly how to use the new roadmap feature.

Is there any documentation on how to use the Roadmap? Or, could anyone guide me through it?

Here's what I've done/tried so far:
  • Updated a few issues to have a value in the target version field.
  • Verified the target version existed as an option for the project.
  • Made obsolete some old versions in the project.
  • Installed graphs plugin.
  • Clicked the Roadmap link to see if anything is listed there ... but nothing is listed.
  • Checked the wiki: http://www.mantisbt.org/wiki/doku.php/m ... ?s=roadmap
  • Searched the Forums, though not exhaustively.
Thanks!

Regards,
Flint

I am wondering that you write "new". Seems that you used a very old version before. This feature was also available in previous versions, at least since 1.1

Check that there are project versions that are not set to released and there are resolved/closed issues with target version set to a not released version
Please use Search before posting and read the Manual

I was coming from version 1.0.7 ... archaic, I know, but "new" for me is 1.2.1.
Check that there are project versions that are not set to released.
That was apparently the issue. Chalk it up to user error.

Thanks!
