problem to install mantis

Hi,

During the installation of mantis on my server I have had the following error :

BAD
Does administrative user have access to the database? ( Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client )

I have checked everything (PHP, Database, ...), all is right.
Could you help me or explain me this error.
