Recieving e-mails for new bugs being entered for projects

How can I get an e-mail for every new issue which is being added to the Mantis system?

I have an administrator e-mail id and I want that everytime there is a new bug being reported for any Project in Mantis, it should send an e-mail to that id.

Or is it possible to set it for individual projects as well?

Would be happy if someone could reply to this.
