Integrating Mantis and Phorum 5.0.21--New Documentation?

I'm just getting Mantis running well for our application and would like to integrate Phorum (as described in the Mantis Manual). However, as others have pointed out, much within Mantis and Phorum has been redone since the manual was written. Does anyone have documentation on how to integrate the current builds (Mantis 1.0.1 and Phorum 5.0.21)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW, directions to integrate PhpBB would be a workable alternative too. I would be trying to integrate a new PhpBB install with an existing Mantis install, unlike other users already having PhpBB in place.
