Attaches are missing when copying issues

Hello,

I am using mantis 1.2.1

when i copy issues from a project to another projects, attachments are lost. it is still there in the original issues. but the copied ones miss attachments (Attach name is there but striked-through)

The target project has other issues with attaches normally.

Any Ideas?

I don't have the time at the moment to have a closer look at this.
User dhx is assigned to 11687 which is targetted for next version.
Users jchoover and nickw provided some information how to fix it.
If you add yourself to the monitoring list, this might help to push the problem a little bit.
