"view issues" - filtering on "assigned to&quo

When I look at one project and play with the filters, I can see lots of people in the "assigned to" field.

When I show all projects and try to set up a filter, it only shows "any", "none" and "myself".

What I'd like to be able to do is see what work has been assigned to someone across all the projects.
